When installing natural gas piping in your residence or business, please contact our office to verify the type of approved material needed to complete your project.  We have a strict policy regarding approved materials related to natural gas.  Our Operations’ Department would be happy to help customers.  One phone call can save customers valuable time and unnecessary expense.  Please call us at (731) 642-5635 and we’ll have an individual from our Operations’ Department return your call or meet to discuss further.

• Our Board of Commissioners meet on the third (3^rd) Tuesday of each month at 12 noon. The meeting is held at the main office located at 215 West Wood Street, Paris, TN. 
• Please view the Staff Page, Board of Commissioners Section for any potential changes to the meeting date / time.

If our office is closed, and your due date falls on a day that we are not open, we collect through the next business day.  Therefore, you will not have penalty posted to your account on a date that we are not open. 

For example, your due date is the 10th of the month.  The 10th falls on Sunday.  We will collect payments for your due date through the following Monday.  If you’ve not paid your account balance in full by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, you will have a penalty applied to any unpaid balance on Tuesday morning.

If you are set up on ACH Bank Draft or you’ve elected to have Credit Card Auto-Pay, these payments are never sent more than two days before the due date.

• PHCPUD is not responsible for any gas piping downstream of the meter. It is your responsibility to maintain your gas piping.  Please check your piping for corrosion and leaks on a regular basis.  Please notify us if an unsafe condition is found.
