When installing natural gas piping in your residence or business, please contact our office to verify the type of approved material needed to complete your project. We have a strict policy regarding approved materials related to natural gas. Our Operations’ Department would be happy to help customers. If our office is closed, and your due date falls on a day that we are not open, we collect through the next business day. Therefore, you will not have penalty posted to your account on a date that we are not open.
For example, your due date is the 10th of the month. The 10th falls on Sunday. We will collect payments for your due date through the following Monday. If you’ve not paid your account balance in full by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, you will have a penalty applied to any unpaid balance on Tuesday morning.
If you are set up on ACH Bank Draft or you’ve elected to have Credit Card Auto-Pay, these payments are never sent more than two days before the due date.
