Jeff Hill
General Manager

Jeff has been with PHCPUD since June 1999.  He began his career with the district as a Serviceman, then Gas Inspector/Locator, and in June 2016 he was promoted to Lead Gas Inspector/Locator.  As of June 2022, he was appointed, by our Board of Commissioners, to the position of General Manager.

Shannon L. French
Assistant General Manager

Shannon has been with PHCPUD since January 2001.  She graduated from Murray State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  Shannon began her career with the district as the Office Manager.  As of June 2022, she was appointed, by the Board of Commissioners, to the position of Assistant General Manager.

Brian French
Superintendent

Brian has been with PHCPUD since November 1995.  He began his career with the district as a Serviceman, then a Senior Operations Leader, and he was later promoted, in April 2012, to the Construction Supervisor.  As of October 2022, Brian was promoted to the Superintendent of Operations.

Mark Bullion
Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor

Mark has been with PHCPUD since June 1996.  He began his career with the district as a Serviceman, then the Pipeline Safety Coordinator, and as of April 2012, Mark was promoted to the Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor.


Board Of Commissioners

The Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month.
